Reports To : Head - Supply Chain
Work Location : Malad (West), Mumbai

Key Result Areas :
- Devise the long-term Strategic category plans for the respective categories & implement the same.
- Monitor closely the contract renewal dates for Pan India for Dairy, Seafood & Meat & FF&V category and plan systematically and set up the target price to the Procurement head.
- After the clearance of target prices from the procurement head send it to the region for negotiations. For major contract renewals personal presence is must.
- Monthly projected impact for Dairy, Sea-food & Meat & FF&V category for pan India to be submitted to corporate purchase on 25th of every month for the following month.
- Share the actual impact value after the implementation of the new prices
- Inform the regions the seasonal availability of material as to incorporate in the menu
- Vendor development and back up plan of existing vendor
- Draw out the specifications for Dairy, Sea-food & Meat & FF&V category and put it in the SLA in the contracts
- Forecast the future rates and trends to operations so that they can get a price increase from the client and improvise the menu offerings
- Work out possibility of Bulk buying, hedging, or opportunity buying of Sea food and Chickens, logistics cost savings, etc.
- Devising plans & executing them for Better Tomorrow Plan commitments.
- Meeting budgeted targets on Cost savings.
- Undertake continuous improvement activities on all aspects of systems, People, Processes and ethical management of system
