Job Title : Director - Facilities Management

Work Location : Mumbai

Reporting To : Assistant Vice President - Key Accounts

- After Site FM, work as escalation, if any, from Clients

- Being a SPOC for Client

- Ensure submission of reports to Client by Site FM

- Assisting in preparing and presenting MMR to Clients along with MOM and action plan

- Making proposals, P & L, approvals for organic growth or new business

- Assisting BD Team in case of any scoping for new Clients

- Working on budgets, forecast and aligning site operations to achieve that

- Focus on DSO target and follow up to ensure that

- Ensure BPR closure as per deadlines

- Exploring options of organic growth, cross selling

- Taking approvals from Clients for awareness activities at Site

- Following internal Sodexo governance for HR, Finance, reviews

- Train, mentor Site team as and when needed to resolve their queries and work on succession planning

- Improve WOI with Clients and keep CFL calendar updated

- Focus on BTP and work on it with continual improvement

- Ensure that DA revision is claimed on time. Start contract renewal process 75 days in advance

- Strong focus on safety and work on it with continual improvement

- Assisting Site FMs for audits from Clients
