Job Summary :

- Adopt the HR model and ensure its appropriate implementation. Work with the business closely to deliver the people agenda. Play a key role in People Development, Career Paths.

- Increase the efficiency of the business by segregating people deliverables vs technical deliverables and owning the People Agenda. Participate in all the HR Seasonal activities, Barometer, ACR etc.

Educational Requirements : Postgraduate Degree in MBA (HR) is preferred.

Certification required : None Required. At least 2 certifications in HR is desired.

Range of Experience : 10 - 14 years in HRBP role.

Responsibilities + Duties :

- Sustain the performance, the commitment and the development of the workforce by executing Engagement Models, Career Discussions

- Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organisational change

- Involved in and not limited to partner with other HR Sub function and being the face of HR to the business

- Guide and coach managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy and absence management

- Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management

- Support other roles within the HR team as required with other projects and operational issues, e.g. recruitment, payroll

Reports To : Senior HR Business Partners

Interfaces :

Internal Stakeholders :

- GSC EXCO and direct and indirect reportees

- All FTE staff in the particular business one supports
