SocialPilot - Product Manager

- SocialPilot is looking for an experienced product manager to join our team.

- You will be working on meaningful SaaS products in Martech space that the customers love.

- You will be part of a highly collaborative group of creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation.

- In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional product teams including UX and UI designers, product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and marketing managers.

- This role is based in Ahmedabad, India, and might require occasional domestic and international travel.

- We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team.

- In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in the entire product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and market trends to crafting compelling features and driving successful product launches.

What You'll Do:

- Product Visionary: Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify opportunities, define the product roadmap, and champion the product vision.

- Collaboration Champion: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless product development process.

- Feature Maestro: Develop compelling product features and write clear, actionable product briefs that articulate user needs and success metrics.

- User Experience Advocate: Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences that delight our customers.

- (Experience with Figma a plus!)

- Technical Acumen: Possess a good technical understanding to effectively communicate with the engineering team and translate product vision into actionable development plans.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze product usage data, run A/B tests, and track key metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

- Marketing Mastermind: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective launch strategies and drive user adoption of new features.

- Stakeholder Management Expert: Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, from engineering and design to sales, customer support, and leadership.

- Product Spec Master: Craft exceptional product specifications that clearly define what to build, why it's important, and how success will be measured.

Who We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience building products for a SaaS company (prior experience with the specific industry is a plus).

- Proven track record of launching successful product features.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices.

- Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling product documentation.

- Proficiency in product management tools and frameworks (e. , Figma, Jira, Google Analytics) is a plus.
