Associate Product Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Product Development Support:
- Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Support in prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
Execution & Monitoring:
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and senior management.
- Prepare and present regular status reports, project updates, and presentations.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Product Launch & Post-Launch Support:
- Assist in coordinating product launches, ensuring all teams are aligned and prepared.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and gather user feedback.
- Analyze post-launch metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in project management processes and recommend solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management and fintech lending.
Vendor Management:
- Assist in identifying the right vendors for specific modules/features.
- Coordinate with the Business Team to finalize vendor pricing.
- Work with the Accounts Team to manage vendor invoicing.
- Ensure high availability of products by aligning multiple vendors for service continuity
