Position Overview:


- We are seeking a Senior Brand Solutions Manager to lead client accounts, drive innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional results.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring industry trends, developing creative campaigns, and ensuring seamless operations. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights and solutions that drive value for their businesses and ours.

Key Responsibilities:


Industry Trends & Business Growth: Monitor digital and new media trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. Improve current offerings to deliver better value to clients and higher financial returns for the company.


Client Management & Operations: Decode client briefs and ensure flawless execution within agreed timelines (TAT) with zero operational escalations. Execute & oversee day-to-day operations, including reporting, client communications, and insights delivery.


Innovative Solutions & Content Development: Develop and implement innovative solutions for content management and maintenance of clients digital platforms.


Team Leadership & Crisis Management: Manage, mentor, and empower team members to deliver high-quality work. Handle crises, conflicts, and decision-making with accountability and professionalism.


Creative Leadership: Lead creativity and campaign ideation initiatives and deliver creative campaigns


Qualifications:


- 3+ years of experience in client/account management in a digital marketing agency environment


- Proven track record of successful client relationship management, team leadership, and campaign execution


- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and performance analytics


- Experience in crisis management and conflict resolution


- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills


- A strong understanding of digital media, SEO, ORM, PR, production, and tech trends to facilitate integrated solutions is preferable


- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple accounts, and deliver under tight deadlines.
