Social Media Specialist - Smartphone Manufacturer

We are hiring "Social Media Specialist" for a leading smartphone manufacturing company.

Should have strong experience in managing Company website, Facebook / Twitter / Linkedin pages.

Strong in social media branding.

Responsibilities:

- Follow Company's user voice & tone, manage and develop our social accounts into a similarly friendly conversational personality globally as what Company has accomplished in China

- Create social media content that resonates with our audience in accordance to trends, local culture and audience preferences

- Collaborate and work closely with Company's Global Social Media team on ideas and executions

- Manage and mentor the Company's India Social Media team on a daily basis and responsible for their growth

- Create and manage existing and new social media accounts for a line of Company's product (Facebook, Twitter for Mi India or Redmi India) and ensuring that engagement is met. company's philosophy on social is to make friends with our fans.

- Own and be accountable for all social media engagement metrics for the product line. Content and engagement go hand-in-hand.

- Willing to travel for events and work over the weekend will be an added advantage

Qualifications:

- Capable of writing and converse in English fluently

- Bachelor degree/PG in top-tier university in a Creative or Communications related field

- At least FIVE years of experience working in social media, with hands- on management of social media accounts.

- Demonstrate experience building social media audiences, including hands on development of creative materials and copy

- Experience with social media analytics and optimization techniques, having directly managed end-to-end execution of social media campaigns.

- Creative writing skills.

- Strong sense of design and aesthetics

- Entrepreneurial spirit, not a "corporate person" and very outgoing, likeable, presentable, humble and naturally capable of easily interacting with others

- Able to multitask and willing to work long hours to ensure deadlines are met

- Hands-on attitude

- Quirky personality
