- Maintaining online relations with customers
- They organize and develop customer-relations programs.
- Providing market forecasts and reports
- They direct market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Social media manager should have :
- Graduate / Post Graduation in Mass Media / Digital Marketing
- An eye for design and the ability to consider the aesthetic of images and copy
- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing fundamentals
- A deep understanding of various social media platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Creativity, adaptability, and critical thinking
