- 4+ years of experience in managing Social Media for reputed brands
- Displays in-depth knowledge & understanding of social media platforms like- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+ etc. and how each channel can be used in various scenarios
- Comfortable with using analytic tools like Google Analytic etc. for campaign performance measurement & effective optimization
- Ability to think strategically so as to maximize returns from the social media platforms used
- Should be creative with excellent writing and language skills
- Proficient in content-marketing theoretically and in application
- Result oriented with a drive to meet measurable objectives of engagement, likes, shares, positive sentiments etc.
