- Online reputation manager monitor social media platforms to identify negative content that is posted about their clients.

- They use a combination of public relations and technical skills to eliminate this content from Tweets, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Linked posts, etc. that presents a positive image of their client.

- Online reputation management (ORM) is about monitoring and improving how your business is viewed online.

- It means looking and analyzing what a potential customer, reporter, or partner will discover about your brand, your people, or your product/service when they perform a Google, Facebook or Twitter search.

- The utmost role and responsibility of a reputation manager is to track and monitor brand specific conversations and mentions on social media.

- Manage During A Crisis.

- Online reputation manager should be active with his responses, analyze the threat to the company, and highlight the same to concern stakeholders for prompt resolutions.

- The internet is a difficult place to survive the competition.

- Any person wanting to damage a company's reputation will find very few obstacles in their way.

- ORM is required to minimize the damage in case of any future crisis.

Expectations From ORM:
