We are looking for a candidate who, is open to either relocating or currently based in Chennai as this is a work-from-office role.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies , designing and managing engaging content that highlights their positive impact, and analysing social media performance to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Understand our vision and craft social media presence accordingly
- Manage social media budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximise impact.
- Create, implement and deliver our social media strategy that has real impact on potential and current customers. Identify and build an influencer marketing strategy
- Design, curate, and manage engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as video and podcasts are desired.
- Create a dashboard to track all key metrics and target vs achieved results. Analyse and monitor social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, successes, and areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
- Manage the calendar and content for social media, coordinate with content and design teams. Deliver on KPIs that drive business value
- Build strong connections with potential customers through evocative content
- Manage all comments and interactions across platforms
- Collaborate with our creative and content teams to develop eye-catching visuals, captivating copy, and share-worthy content that resonates with target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our partners maintain a strong presence across all platforms.
- Work closely with leadership team to understand their unique needs and tailor campaigns accordingly. Moreover, also to take forward the vision, mission and metrics outlined
- Hire the right people as executives to implement the strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably with Health-tech organisation/tech startups
- Proven track record of creativity and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and positive social outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a focus on social impact storytelling.
- Understanding of SEO Principles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey social impact narratives.
- Ability to analyse and interpret social media performance data to inform strategies and measure social impact.
Good to have:
- Google Analytics certification
- Coding literacy
