Key Responsibilities:

- Planning and executing the regular social media presence of the brand.

- Create location-wise content and go-to-market social media launch strategies for new centres. Analyzing influencer data, and optimising campaigns to reduce cost per view & cost per engagement.

- Owning, building & managing the social media budgets across all regions and platforms.

- Implement new trends, and integrate available generative AI tools for better reel/short views and engagement rates.

- Synced up with other performance marketing managers & agencies to maintain consistency in offerings, brand positioning and messaging.

- Managing agency relationships and aligning multiple agency teams based in different locations.

- Maintain & verify billing, agreements & other administrative tasks on social media & influencer activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in social media & influencer marketing, preferred in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, health care, insurance, banking or other brands targeting millennials (not Gen Z).

- Keen knowledge of how to get reel views, engagement and growing communities on Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn etc.

- Managed and worked with agency teams.

- A profound understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and industry best practices

- A strong sense of creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, enabling the creation of captivating and compelling content

- Has diverse interests, lived across multiple cities and understands customer needs.
