Domain : Preferably from Digital and social media marketing background, someone with ardent interest in digital media /marketing / content and experience in managing premium clients

Skills and Qualifications :

- Excellent Written & Spoken English; Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders; multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Perform under deadlines in a process-oriented environment

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media / Social Media Manager

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels (Digital)

- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability

- A thorough team player

- A Graduate in any field

- BMM, BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations, Diploma in Journalism & Mass Media, PG in Mass Media. (Preferred)

Responsibilities :

The candidate will be responsible for content creation across multiple disciplines. The tasks include :

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content

- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

- Managing the client and client requirements

- Coordinating with the client on a daily basis

- Repurposing content from multiple sources (if required)

- Packaging content from multiple sources like wire agency, internal sources etc. and creating compelling content for users

- Doing multiple updates on a specific channel and ensuring content currency at all times

Creating image galleries with supporting textual content

Value Additions :

- Knowledge of Copywriting, design, basic photography & videography.

- Ability to value add to the overall user experience of the web portal.

- Active interest in web analytics to ensure better traction with users of content.

- Knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage in the project
