Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager, you'll need to:
- Plan & execute campaign for Brand & Product Marketing
- Scale instagram & youtube channel to market content of all D2C products & brand USPs
- PR related activities & posts on LinkedIn & twitter to market culture & impact has created amongst Indian Mothers
- Perform user research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences for brand & products
- Design and implement social media strategy to grow revenue from instagram & youtube pages
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, customer reviews about their experience with Brand)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, monitor customer reviews & convert user queries into orders
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on emerging social media trends using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
- Analyse competitor activity
