Currently, offering 9 courses the startup has played a catalyst for thousands of students to land jobs at tech giants like Google, Amazon, Adobe, and Walmart. The startup enables students to follow a comprehensive curriculum and seek help from industry experts without facing any geological barrier.

The founder of the startup is an alumnus of acclaimed institutes like IIT Delhi and Stanford University. He is a serial entrepreneur, passionate coder, and an ex employee of large tech MNCs

As a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy in order to increase online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for measuring, maintaining and improving the quality of our outreach, in the process working with internal business teams as needed.

What you will do:

- Developing, implementing and managing social media strategy

- Developing effective content-driven plans including development of social media and influencer marketing calendars

- Developing brand awareness and online reputation

- Responsible for Content management (including website) and Online Reputation management

- Coordinating with advertising and media experts, PR, Influencers.

- Delivering creative content (text, image and video)

- Creating a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.

- Defining the most important social media KPIs

- Managing and overseeing social media content

- Measuring the success of every social media campaign

- Developing and implementing strategic influencer driven campaigns

- Researching and identifying key influencers, bloggers and online media in designated verticals

- Building strong relationships with social influencers through seeding programs and regular communication

- Managing on-going influencer/brand ambassador programs

- Engaging with top micro-influencers operating in India across regions/ sectors/ platforms

- Generating recap materials post campaign execution to measure and evaluate value, including ROI and performance metrics

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram,Google+ and other social media best practices

- Excellent communication skills

- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

- Good understanding of social media KPIs

- Familiarity with web design and publishing

- Excellent multitasking skills

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player, Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 7,00,000 to 10,00,000
