Social Media Community Manager
- Experience in using social medial tools to create online communities
- Sound knowledge of B2B/ B2C community management and social media marketing
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- A background in media, finance, online Marketing will be an added asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform in a collaborative atmosphere as a team player
- A Graduate in any discipline, but commerce/ knowledge of business/ finance news will be an added asset
Responsibilities :
- Managing the social engagement for the client
- Building conversations around content and engaging communities
- Ensuring constant engagement with the target communities
- Creating and sharing key metrics for SMM activities
- Monitoring Social Media activities and creating online communities
- Writing relevant Articles, Blogs etc. for the client and ensuring the monthly content deliverables are met
- Posting of content on client's social media platforms. Tracking and building conversations
- Preparing monthly reports on social media management
- Coordinating with the clients on a regular basis
