About our Client : Our client is a global electronics giant recognized among the most valuable brands world over in their domain of business. They have aggressive growth plans for India and the region, which will be driven by digital initiatives and want to become market leaders within the portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to engage consumers across social media channels.

Job Description: Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the key accountabilities will be:

- Follow company's user voice & tone, manage and develop it into a similarly friendly conversational personality in India

- Create and manage existing and new social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google+ etc)

- Own and be accountable for all social media engagement metrics

- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) to reach the company's target audience

- Ensure that the content is consistent with global brand guidelines

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a Social way

- Continuously grow the fan base

- Ensure very high engagement level on all social media platforms

- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts

- Monitor benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns

- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results

The Successful Candidate:

- Bachelor degree in top-tier university in a Creative or Communications-related field with 5-6 years of experience working as a social media expert, ideally with some international experience.

- Candidate must have demonstrated experience in building social media audiences from zero to millions across multiple countries, including hands-on development of creative materials.

- In-depth experience with social media analytics and optimization techniques, having directly managed end-to-end execution of social media campaigns over significant period is a must.

- World-class creative writing skills (long-form and short-form portfolio required) besides being extremely creative and witty (demonstrable via own blog) will be desirable.

- Strong sense of design and aesthetics with entrepreneurial spirit and an outgoing, likeable, presentable, humble and naturally capable of easily interacting with others profile will be preferred.
