Social Media Community Manager - Bridal & Luxury Wear Fashion Brand

A renowned fashion brand from Delhi that specialises in bridal and luxury wear is looking for a Social Media Community Manager.

Role requires - Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence, improving Marketing efforts, and increasing sales.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

- Monitoring the company's brand on social media

- Overseeing a customer service provided via social media

- Ability to measure the success of the campaigns.

- Posting content across social media accounts. Engaging with customers and followers on social media platforms

- Keep an eye on social media trends. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.

- Able to interact with people online and understand how customer trust works are crucial.

- Making media presentations. Going to press conferences and attending meetings for business development.

- To create and strategize the weekly and monthly planners.

- Review of google reviews/feedback.

CONTENT CREATION:

- Researching, Writing, and creating blogs and posts about the latest industry-related topics.

- Proofread and edit blogs before publication.

- Use search engine optimization SEO strategies in writing to maximize a website's online visibility in search results.

- Create various content types (video, infographics articles) with relevant tone and style.

- Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.

- Incorporate blogs and social media posts on websites and social media platforms

- Coordinate with marketing and design team to illustrate articles.

- Researching any given topic.

- GIF and video creation

- Creating suitable campaigns or posts for any festivities which benefit the brand

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- MBA in marketing/ digital marketing/internet marketing, journalism

- Experience in uploading content to various content management systems such as word press, photoshop etc. proficiency with computers, especially writing programs such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media practices.

- Great leadership and interpersonal skills.

This position is based in Delhi.
