Social Media Analytics Manager

Looking for professionals into Social Media Analytics for one of the leading firm in Mumbai

Job Requirement:

1. Social Media Experience: 2-3 years

- Exposure level to social media channels - Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Blogs, etc.

- Possess understanding of data mining and analysis / reporting applications such as Radian 6 or Attensity, Clarabridge etc.

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert on Social Media

- Able to identify, evaluate and recommend latest operational platforms in Social Media

Team-work and Capability Building

- Work closely with industrialization leads, delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams

- Hire and manage a team of functional (Social Media) analytics experts (Level C/D)

- Has led teams and delivered artifacts directly to clients

- Program management experience

- Contributed to building methodologies for new practices

2. Background

- Total 9+years of experience with last 2-3 years spent in Social Media Analytics and Team / Capability building. Preferably with Marketing background. Preferred candidate is an MBA from Top MBA institute (Top 10-15) with appropriate Work Experience.
