Social Commerce Manager (Google Ads, B2C)

Note: Candidate's age should not exceed 32 years
Mandatory company : Good B2C Product Company Only (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon etc)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Office Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Karnataka, Bengaluru
Role & Responsibilities:
- Designing comprehensive advertising strategies that align with business objectives, target audience demographics, and market trends, integrating both Google Ads and influencer marketing channels.
- Creating, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms such as Google Search, Display Network, and YouTube to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with relevant influencers and content creators to leverage their reach and credibility in promoting the company's products or services.
- Collaborating with influencers and content creators to develop authentic and engaging content that resonates with their audience while aligning with the brand's messaging and objectives.
- Strategically allocating advertising budgets across Google Ads and influencer marketing initiatives to achieve desired performance metrics.
- Monitoring the performance of advertising campaigns and influencer partnerships, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement levels, and making data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with advertising regulations, platform policies, and ethical guidelines in all advertising and influencer marketing activities.
- Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for future optimizations and strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Masters or bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience in running Digital Marketing / Advertising Campaigns on Google Ads and YouTube
- Must have very strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO and tools related to Google Marketing
- Strong Experience in Data Analytics from Google Analytics and other Ad Analytics tools
- Managing end-to-end advertising campaigns across Google platforms, optimizing metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, views thru, Click thru, and engagement rates.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on Google platforms, including ad creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization.
- Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Google ads and other Third-Party Apps (Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
