Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Manage performance reviews, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee performance and career development.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
