- Having 9+ years of experience with good hands on work experience one or two major EAI product Vendors like TIBCO, IBM WPS/MB, WebMethods, Oracle SOA

- Must understand SOA concepts like Services, Governance, Maturity Models, Implementation challenges and also must have BPM experience or expertise.
