Job description:

- Field sales Meeting the existing & new customers (Enterprise & SMB) daily and identifying their requirements

- Progressing on the identified requirements technically & commercially

- Maintaining good relationship with customers to understand their concerns and have them addressed.

- Send renewal notifications to customer periodically and follow up

- Should be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins & collections

- Should comply to the MIS reporting

- Should be able to gather market intelligence of the opportunities

- To ensure 100% on-time collections

- Should be ready to learn, develop and grow skills required for the job

- To ensure that the targets assigned are achieved

- To ensure that SNS stakes are built high in the vendor & distribution teams

Recruitment criteria:

- Candidates working only at base location only and not those willing to re-relocate.

- Preferred experience in cyber-Security , else next in networking , next Server/storage

- Candidates must have direct contacts with IT head / CIO / CTO.

- Candidates should have experience in Direct End-Customer services and solution selling to corporate customers.

- Not looking for candidates with Non-IT Sales background.

- Not Looking for Inside sales & marketing candidates for field sales positions

- Not Looking for candidates whose age is 45+.

- Positions are open to both male & female candidates.

- Candidates should have knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies.

Required Candidate profile:

Qualification & Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent sales and customer service skills.

- Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting, and able to work without constant supervision

- Proven ability to get results and meet commitments

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).

- Experience with any CRM Software will be preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
