Responsibilities :

1. Lead the monthly closure of accounts.

2. Conduct ledger scrutiny and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

3. Manage and oversee daily operations of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.

4. Finalize accounts and consolidate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Prepare monthly financial MIS and financial statements to provide timely and accurate financial information to management.

6. Handle RBI returns filing and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

7. Liaise with statutory auditors and ensure timely completion of audits with minimal disruptions.

8. Work closely with the operations and tech teams to streamline processes and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

9. Ensure accurate and timely filing of all direct and indirect taxes, including GST, TDS, and income tax.

10. Assist in tax planning and liaise with tax authorities to address any issues or disputes.

Experience & Qualification required :

1. CA qualified with 5+ years of work experience

2. Excellent knowledge of Ms-Excel.

3.. Experience with account reconciliation and EMI/interest calculations.

4.. Basic understanding of IT/tech systems and their impact on financial processes.

5. Have knowledge of NBFC regulations.
