Founded by serial Entrepreneurs from IIT Bombay, Snapmint is challenging the way banking is done by building the banking experience ground up. Our first product provides purchase financing at 0% interest rates to 300 Million banked consumers in India who do not have credit cards using instant credit scoring and advanced underwriting systems. Responsibilities:
- Own strategy of Snapmint customer onboarding and acquisitions
- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase product adoption across different user segments.
- Analyze adoption metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement targeted interventions.
- Define and track key activation metrics to ensure users derive value from the product early in their journey.
- Partner with the design and user research team to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions.
- Liaison with internal teams such as marketing, development, account management, UX etc., to ensure that gaps in the customer experience are plugged
- Drive organisation wise KPIs for specific journey nodes which have a direct bearing on the customer experience outcomes
- Constantly analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience
Experience & Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2-4 years of work experience required with a minimum of 2 years in a product management role with a proven track record of driving product adoption and user activation.
- Must have experience working on improving UX and conversion funnels of apps in scaled consumer internet companies
- Experience with building and optimizing customer signup, activation journeys
- Work closely with Engineering and Business to drive the product roadmap. Ability to organise, manage, prioritise and take tradeoff calls while working with engineering and other stakeholder
- Data/Logic-driven Approach: to work with large quantities of data, insights and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making.
