Key Responsibilities: - Expense Forecasting & P&L Management: Take ownership of the expenses forecast for the business group, utilizing trend analysis and KPI reviews to manage and improve the P&L. - Analytical & Data-Driven Financial Management: Build and implement an analytical and data-driven business finance function, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of key financial metrics. - Forecasting Model Setup: Set up and refine forecasting models to improve financial predictability, ensuring disciplined financial management and effective resource allocation. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to the P&L, ensuring alignment across departments and seamless execution of financial strategies. - Reporting Expertise: Provide hands-on experience in financial reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports for leadership and business stakeholders. - Revenue & Expense Simulation: Support finance and business leaders by simulating revenue projections and corresponding expenses, and assist in working out margin protection/improvement plans. Qualification: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
