Leadership:
Nalin, Anil, and Abhineet are IIT Bombay alumni and serial entrepreneurs. Their success stories include - Oyo, Ola, Holachef, Inrea and Sodel Solutions. Since 2008, the focus has been on solving big data problems, "real-time" predictive technologies and algorithms primarily Ad-tech, Consumer Marketing and Media and growing eCommerce brands.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage product and growth analytics systems ensuring metrics are accurate, tool is self-serving and scalable
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations for product enhancements. Leverage the understanding of the e-commerce and digital landscape to support decision-making processes
- Product Development: Collaborate with product managers, and engineers to contribute to the development and improvement of product
- Set up product monitoring to track various metrics using various data tools and drive insights
- Customer Insights: Leverage customer feedback, surveys, and research to understand user behaviour, preferences, and pain points
Experience & Qualification Required:
- B.Tech /B.E. from a premier institute
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced software product company as a product analyst, data analyst, product owner, or associate product manager
- Must have experience of enabling product analytics systems on tools like mixpanel, posthog, google analytics
- Experience of enabling and managing attribution metrics on tools like branch, appsflyer is good to have
- Experience of setting up events for CLM tools like WebEngage, Clevertap etc. is good to have
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Location: Bangalore (Marathalli)
Work Days: Monday - Friday
