Candidate Profile:
- 5-10 years of experience
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics/analysis role.
- B.Tech from top 5 IITs (dual degree also OK- entrance has to be through JEE)
- MBA from top 4 IIMs
- Strong analytic and problem solving capability is a must
- Advanced skill in data analysis (either with Excel, or directly via SQL) is required.
- Past experience in technology is a plus.
- Experience working across multiple functions is a big plus.
- Experience with project management, matrix organisations, change management is a plus.
- Experience in a role facing the customer is a big plus - this could be product management, marketing,customer support, usability, loyalty programs.
Job Description:
- Own a specific area within the business excellence team focused on customer experience.
- Lead a small team of business and data analysts. Will also need to manage small operational teams that help execute some of the policies.
- Study various processes cutting across departments that impact customers.
- Track various metrics that impact customer experience on Snapdeal.
- Based on analysis of these, work across various departments to drive customer related improvement projects.
- In coordination with other departments, formulate and implement policies impacting customers.
