Program Manager/Sr. Program Manager/Director Program Manager

Snapdeal is hiring a Program Manager/Sr. Program Manager/Director Program Manager to run large cross functional programs and drive business outcomes. As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive alignment across stakeholders and institute processes and frameworks to make these efforts repeatable.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead delivery of key cross functional efforts keeping an eye on business outcomes they need to fulfill

- Ensure adoption of agile best practices to increase product quality

- Align all stakeholders to ensure right prioritization, visibility and tracking of such efforts

Experience & Skills :

- 5+ years as a Program Manager, engineering leader, product manager (technical domain), or related discipline

- Desire to partner with product teams to define strategy and requirements and equally skilled to work with engineering teams to launch these features

- Ability to create functional specs, project / release plans, and roadmaps

- Ability to influence people across the org, build consensus and drive swift decision making in a fast paced environment

- Capacity to own and execute multiple programs simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications & Ideal Candidates :

- Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline

- Experience with agile software development methodologies and productivity tools

- Strong track record of shipping products with broad customer impact

- Hands-on development experience with highly-available, scalable software and services

- Proven ability to identify and resolve systemic issues
