What You Will Do :

- Understand the e-commerce market and needs of customers deeply through landscape analysis, customer interviews, user research, competition analysis

- Identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Prioritize what problems need to be solved now vs. later.

- Conceptualize, launch and optimize products and features, experiment, test their performance and iterate quickly

- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Legal and UX teams on cutting-edge technologies to bring a product to life. Ensure high product quality through processes such as user acceptance testing, dogfooding, etc.

- Define product metrics for your area, and track them continuously. Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction

Desired candidate Profile :

- Overall experience of 4+ yrs with at least 2+ yrs in product management in a tech-led company (analytics experience is preferred)

- Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making

- Good understanding of technology, and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, UAT, writing product requirement documents and managing product backlogs.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills to get work done across different functions and drive product development
