Role:&nbsp; Category Manager - Bags &amp; Luggage Location: Gurgaon Responsibilities: - Responsible for the top line and bottom line for their respective category - Category Management, planning strategies and execution - Brand Alliance and monetization - Interact with different stakeholders, different techniques (facts, logic, questioning) - Implementation of plans for category in areas of price, promotion &amp; assortment. - Merchandising planning for web &amp; app - Monitoring product lifecycle of every product in the category and take early calls for opportunity maximization - Accurately forecasting trends, planning stock and monitoring performance. - Drives Business growth, and Market Share of the Specific Category with strong product, competition &amp; consumer analytics. - Planning and developing the product range and finalizing the pricing strategy for products - To ensure 100% customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score vis--vis- Delivery Time, Product Quality, Wrong SKU delivered, etc. Candidate Profile : - Good articulation and ability to influence stakeholders (relationship management) - Data Analysis (Comfort with numbers and rapid on-going analysis) - Understanding of the user over internet - Hands on ability to execute independently
