Title : Senior Manager - HRBP

Scope of Role:
This role requires aligning human resources strategies with the organization's overall business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to support and drive the company's success through effective HR management thereby improving organizational performance, employee engagement, and overall workplace satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Partner with both business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement best practices and programs. Establish strong working relationships with department heads and managers to understand their specific HR requirements
- Serve as a coach and consultant to the departmental heads and managers as well as other employees on key organizational and management matters
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently.
- Lead projects focused on continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment and addressing conflicts effectively.
- Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders. Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. (Fraud, POSH, Data Breach and Conflict Management)
- Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team in developing and executing a lifecycle approach to people management focused on forecasting, staffing, development, on-boarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, talent movement, and leveraging workforce insights and analytics
- Leverage workforce insights and analytics in order to focus on relevant people management issues while assessing potential strategies and solutions.
Candidate profile :
- 8+ years in HR roles, with at least 4-5 years of HR business partnering experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies and procedures
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies.
- Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills
