Job Summary:
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer acquisition and retention efforts, optimizing marketing campaigns, and improving key performance metrics. You will manage a substantial marketing budget, lead a team of marketing professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth and retention marketing strategies.
- Lead customer acquisition and retargeting campaigns across various channels including Meta and Google Ads.
- Optimize the LTV/CAC ratio and enhance customer retention rates.
Campaign Management:
- Manage end-to-end Meta campaigns, including strategic planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Oversee push notification channels to drive DAU and order volumes.
- Conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize campaign performance.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels including digital, social media, and email marketing.
- Utilize analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software to extract, manipulate, and interpret data.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics.
- Conduct cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and lifetime value (LTV) analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Pricing Team to analyze pricing sensitivity and drive strategic pricing adjustments.
- Partner with Meta and other stakeholders to launch targeted campaigns and optimize post-conversion events.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in growth and retention marketing.
- Proven track record of managing large marketing budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
- Proficiency in using SQL, Excel, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adverts, Appsflyer, Supermetrics, and Adjust.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from complex data sets.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and campaign reporting tools such as Tableau.
