Job Description
- The person would be responsible for end to end management of top national and popular fashion brands on Snapdeal from acquisition to ongoing management.
The key responsibilities of the person would be:
- Outreach to fashion brands / Key Accounts which have potential for sales at Snapdeal
- Building Monthly Sales and Profitability Targets for each of these Fashion Brands / Key Account and delivering on them
- Planning merchandising activities for brands based on sales/positioning potential
- Ensuring the listing of all SKU's for each brand (width & depth)
- Planning the stock and sales plan, managing inventory, replenishment.
- Managing Relationship for brands & new initiatives in conjunction with functional teams.
Working on New launches, Co promotions, SMU’s , special packaging etc.
- Creating and executing brand promotions (special discounts, celebrity endorsement, sweepstakes etc.) in conjunction with brands
- Finding new and creative dispatch and commercial models of working with brands
- Creating Trading Agents with investment potential for brands
- Increasing revenues of branded fashion merchandise on Snapdeal
The candidate should fulfill the following qualifications:
- IIM/IIT/NIFT graduate with 3-6 years of experience preferably in sales function of a fashion company
- A flair for relationship building and networking
- Keen sense of analytics
- Background in e-commerce would be preferable
