Key Responsibilities:
- Set up Ancillary Revenues team; Plan and execute strategy to drive advertising revenue on Snapdeal.com platform in alignment with the overall business objectives
- Plan and execute the strategy for prospective partnerships with National and regional brands, where there is a potential for Revenue generation
- Drive Revenues and RoI from key properties on the Snapdeal platform by executing innovative digital marketing campaigns for the clients
- Co-ordination with various internal teams, like Product management, Business Development, and Technology teams to ensure quick delivery of media solutions
- Develop insights based on analytics to deliver maximum value for the clients, while ensuring superior user experience for Snapdeal customers
- Managing, training and developing team members for effective client relationship management
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to drive the meetings with senior partners and clients
- Must have excellent relationship building skills and must be a team player
- Data driven decision making
- Ability to manage and guide the team towards common goals
Qualification:
- Prior experience in Ad Sales, Online space selling is preferred (not mandatory)
- MBA from a good business school preferred but not mandatory
