About Role :

Program Manager is a key role within the Sales Support group. He will be responsible for a Sales Support team who are responsible for inbound and/or outbound lead generation for new product sales to both new and existing customers as well as future sales. Program Manager will also be responsible for sales forecasting, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions. This position reports directly Head Sale (Core Team).

What you will do :

Team Lead :

a) Lead a team of 4 team leaders having 12 SMs each

b) Tracking and managing their daily performance-number of demos scheduled versus number of booked

c) Motivating the sales members to go beyond their limits to overachieve their target

d) Retention

e) Basic Hygiene -Salesforce and Internal systems

Salesforce :

a) Reports and Dashboards for real-time visibility

b) Hygiene-All fields to be marked religiously by all sales folks , data upkeep

c) User On-board

d) Roles and Profiles settings

e) Process flow -Feedback and Documentation for Product Iterations

Sales and Ops Processes :

a) Evaluate and document a steady process for frequent scan cancellations -how to manage it on real time

b) Evaluate the feasibility of a concierge team for the above role -candidate profile and their package

c) Develop SOPs for concierge team and allow them with access on Locus and Salesforce +spreadsheets

Sales Quality

a) Sales Pitch

b) New Joiner On boarding and their journey

c) Give enough inputs for content creation for sales enablement

d) Product knowledge-product trainer hire and deploy between various team members

e) Create KPIs for the sales and qualifying team to meet the business objectives

f) Audit Parameters + Audit hiring + Basic process building -how many calls are being made , salesforce upkeep , key information delivery to the end customer

Product :

a) Valid Product feedback to be discussed and documented

b) Customer and sales interaction journey - feedback documentation and sharing

c) Sales lifecycle- Competitor analysis , Future Scope, Explore and document best processes within or outside the industry (sales and ops related)

d) Internal tools - Locus , Haptic , Salesforce, My operator , Notion, Slack -Use and Optimisation strategy

What you will need :

- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

- Persistence in sticking to and solving complex problems

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and get buy-in for solutions

- Experience of analytic environments and tools, for both structured and unstructured data

- Experience and deep knowledge within Sales Operations, Business Planning, Sales Excellence

- History of driving rigor and sales discipline

- Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights

- Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome

- Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business

- Proven communication and collaboration skills
