Job Objective :

Get to know your client's business inside and out, including your client's competitors, create & implement an Integrated Marketing Strategy for the client

As a Management Trainee you will be trained to :

- Develop and maintain media plans for clients by ensuring deliverables are met and align with clients goals and objectives

- Collaborate with your team to develop media strategies and create experiences that connect consumers to your client's brand.

- Use tools like TAM, MAP and IRS to gather data monthly and analyze research on consumer insights

- Monitor the media planning schedule

- Develop relationships with those around you to make sure that everything gets done to meet the needs of your client, including your team, the client, partner agencies and media vendors,

- Develop and deliver rock star presentations and documentation.

You will be a potential candidate if you :

- Can juggle multiple projects at once, even under pressure, to deliver good quality work within tight deadlines

- Are able to think critically, analyze everything and look for unconventional solutions to problems.

Education :

- Post - Graduate

- Preferred : PGD in Media/Advertising, MBA, College/University Degree in Marketing, communications or equivalent
