Job Overview:

- This job role requires the candidate to develop and execute a Business Analytics strategy aligned with company objectives, analyze customer data for lifecycle management, and enhance customer processes through segmentation analysis.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Business Analytics strategy aligned with the company's objectives

- Identify key performance metrics and analytics initiatives to drive business success

- Analyze existing customer data to formulate comprehensive customer lifecycle management strategies

- Proficient in SAS, MS Excel, loss estimation, and segmentation, with a desirable proficiency in probability of default.

- Utilize customer data and segmentation analysis to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction strategies, driving growth and profitability

- Managing BAU campaigns

Experience Required (In Years) Minimum 2-4 years in Analytics domain

Qualification Required:

- MSc - Statistics

- M.Tech / B. Tech / MBA
