Manager - Financial Institution Ratings
Role : Manager - Financial Institution Ratings
Department : Large Corporate Group
Reporting Supervisor : Associate Vice President Corporate Ratings
Job Role/Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze Financials and projections of financial institutions including banks, brokerage houses, NBFCs etc.
- Capture key data elements and interpret the cross period movements
- Interact with clients to understand management risk and business risk
- Understand the regulatory environment and its impact on the client business.
- Recommend & present the rating to the Rating Committee
- Undertake client management to ensure rating acceptance
- Ensure Quality of Rating & adhering to criteria
- Adhere to process with due consideration of required Compliance
Knowledge/Skills/Attitude :
- Experience of 2-5 years
- Strong analytical skills
- Good Communication (Written & Verbal) Skill
- Ability to build strong client relations
- Post Graduate qualification - MBA (from a reputed BSchool)/ Chartered Accountant / CFA (US), FRM (GARP)
- Should have undertaken credit assessment of financial institutions including banks, brokerage houses, NBFCs etc.
- Applicants from Credit Rating Industry or Banks from Premier Institutes
