Position: Head - Grading Products
Experience & Qualification: 2-5 years of relevant experience; IIM + IIT
Prior Experience: Credit Rating Agency/Banking/NBFC/Financial Institution/Equity Broking/Equity Research
Location: Mumbai

Job Description :
- Lead grading businesses and new initiatives
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Customise, adapt and develop new products that are most effective in meeting customer needs and be able to sell these both proactively
- Build, develop and manage a high performing team through continuous coaching and training
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of companies operating in different industries such as Solar, Microfinance, NBFC, etc.
- Work closely with officials in Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA), and Institutions such as Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), Sa-Dhan, Microfinance Institutions Network (MFIN), etc.
- Work with product managers, technology group, and other stakeholders
- Risk assessment of companies in the form of continuous monitoring, credit assessment, and external/internal rating committee representation
- Ensure seamless delivery of rating/grading reports to the client
- Handle customer grievances received from the customers
- Increase profitability, reduce processing time and cost, and ease operational bottlenecks
- Implement & execute grading business strategy to increase market share
- Sell all types of grading products and cross-sell other rating products
- Ensure the highest customer retention & increase in grading share by constantly monitoring customer satisfaction levels through detailed MIS & tracking of operations & complaints
- Ensure all regulatory reporting & compliances are enforced. Also, ensure assistance to external and internal audits
- Develop the SMERA brand pan India. Devise plan and strategy including analysis of key talent requirements for each segment of the business
- Travel and meet clients, hold quality interaction with the senior management of client organization
