About You
- 3-6 years- experience in digital marketing, social media, or related field
- Masters degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with aspects of SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Familiarity with setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to make complex information easy to manage, navigate, and understand
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to think outside the box and constantly innovate alongside our rapidly growing and evolving business model
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns across the organization
- Design, build and maintain SMEcorner's social media presence
- Manage the measuring and reporting of performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as needed
- Make recommendations on the implementation of emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
