Qualification : Any Graduate / P.G.
Experience : 2 - 10 yrs.
Salary : 4 - 16L (Basing upon experience)
Shift : UK Shift timings
Location : Delhi /NCR
Required Skills:
- 2-10 years of Strong work experience in procurement, Sourcing & contract drafting.
- Contract drafting experience in Any Sector.
- Legal background working with documents such as: Statements of Work, Amendments, Addendums, Change Orders, Non-disclosure Agreements and other similar legal instruments
- Able to multi-task. Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of SharePoint, MS Office, Ariba or other applications supporting Procurement Operations
Responsibilities
- Deep subject matter expertise in Procurement operations.
- Manages workflow within the team and is responsible for the timely delivery of all tasks assigned within the team
- Primary contact for all work assigned to the team
- Expected to draft, review and approve highly complex statements of work, change orders, amendments and addendums
- Resolves or escalates issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Team Management
- Adds value to the transactions assigned to the team when necessary
