SME OTM Architect

We have an opportunity for an OTM Architect for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world’s largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Job Description:

- Manage large size Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation and support project

- Techno/Functional Delivery Management in OTM

- (Service Level Fulfillment)/ BD (Business Application Development) Execution and Reporting Competencies

Required

- Experience with end to end Oracle Transportation Management implementation – at least 4 full life cycle OTM implementations.

- Strong Client facing, Solution Design and Problem Troubleshooting experience.

- Strong understanding of OTM Server Architecture, Scalability, Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, Data Dictionary, etc.

- Configuration skills on Transportation Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, Rates, Financials, Itineraries, Planning Parameters, Automation agents, VPD profiles, Recurring processes, Screen sets, BI reports, etc.

- Ability to design and develop Fusion Transportation Intelligence Dashboards and Reports - Logistics Domain Knowledge and Experience

- Exposure to XML, XSL, Java script and Exposure to OTM integration with other applications (Web Services, BPEL, Fusion Middleware, etc.)

- General knowledge of Oracle best practices regarding hardware, operating system(s), database design, maintenance, performance tuning, scalability, upgrades, purging, and data management

Experience Profile

- About 13+ years in OTM implementation and support projects

- Worked with the customer closely, user interaction and support experience

- Team Leadership Role

- Working experience with European/US customer preferred

- Experience in Retail industry and willing to work onshore or travel frequently

OTM functional and technical experience. EDI integration testing with OTM a plus Oracle Transportation Management Techno-Functional ( Must have at least 2-3 years experience in OTM implementation and Support

Preferred to have good technical experience with Oracle OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).

Should be able to create, modify and tune OTM agents,Saved queries and workflows

Able to Perform the following Configuration in OTM: Order Management, Shipment planning and execution.
