The role demands strong industry / consulting experience primarily in process consulting.

- An out of the Box thinker who can detail out and project manage process improvement implementations.

- The role offers an exciting career opportunity to interact with executive committee members and senior board members from different business/ functions for exploring opportunities for process improvements.

- You will be responsible for partnering with business / functional experts in process improvement initiatives; strategize the concept, detail out the approach to be followed and provide support till final implementation.

- As a process Guru to business / functional teams and support Business process management center of excellence in propagating process governance across business / functions. Mentoring and directing business process management executives on various initiatives.
