We have a role in Gurgaon with a leading multinational
Focus of the Function/ Service Line:
- Person with strong experience in a Techno Function role in CRM preferably along banking industry
- Consolidate Genpact’s IT, Analytics and Operations capabilities under Multi-channel customer acquisition and servicing (MCAS), a key service line for retail banks
- The intent of the service line is to help retail banks serve their end customers, across the life cycle, using a channel of their choice
- Drive solution development, go to market and oversee responses to RFQs/ RFPs for the service line
- Continually refine offering based on feedback from client and expert discussions
Why does this job exist:
- To lead the technology development initiative of the MCAS Service line
- To help set up / expand a CRM technology team that can build solutions and help it deliver at client locations
- To help identify IT tools/platforms/licenses required for the service line and to work with relevant teams to build the overall solution e.g. add analytics tools and technologies for contact center, marketing and digital to the overall solution set
