SME - Business Analysis - Healthcare

MindGen Solutions is a recruitment firm and specializes in hiring managerial and leadership talents across technologies and domains.

We have an opportunity for an SME- Healthcare for one of our client in the Healthcare segment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Will provide functional expertise to building clinical solutions to business problems, with details on data, workflows, users, and integrations

- Translate and map business problems to clinical solutions at conceptual level and build functional architecture for the same

- Be able to consult with internal and external stakeholders(Business unit heads and customers) to analyse business/competitive gap and opportunities and offer solutions to it.

- Follows and analyses industry happenings the provider side, maps our client set and capabilities of identify opportunities- publishes papers on these opportunities for internal consuption in time.

- Provide functional muscle to RFPs and R&D initiatives.

Must to have skills :

- 13-15 years on Healthcare IT experience with emphasis on indept knowledge and hands on experience of provider health IT (Acute, post-acute, IDNS)

- Experience with business Analysis

- Has experience building clinical solutions, Gap analysis, POVS, Solutions

- Has in-depth knowledge of clinical data structures, formats, regulations and quality measures(HIPAA, NCQA, ACO, VBP)

- Has hands on experience and knowledge of EHRS, HIEs, HIE integrations

- Be able to communicate with customers effectively in writing and speech.

- Ability to multitask and travel (Should possess a valid passport with at least a year's validity ).

Nice to have skills :

Preferably has built solutions involving at least one of the top 5 EHRS- EPIC, CERNER, McKEsson, AllScripts, )

- AHM, HL-7 certifications preferred

- Exposure to evolving Healthcare models, Algorithms

- Exposure to payer and infomediary segments of healthcare
