The Role
Grade: Strategic Account Manager
Position Title: Strategic Account Manager- Risk Management Solutions
Business Unit: Risk Management Solutions
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Unit Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Liasing with Large Corporates.
- Understanding the market dynamics
- Study the industry segment of client
Service Delivery:
- New Customer Acquisition
- Handling Existing accounts
- Complete Ownership from lead generation to delivery
Client Interaction:
- Interact with the CXO
- Ensure continuous progress in the accounts
- Share learnings from Client interaction
Operations:
- Updating Opportunity Assessment Sheet
- Maintain client Contact details
- Proactive participation in ongoing process improvements
Expectations:
- A minimum of 2 years of Business Development experience post MBA (SME/MSME)
- Handling large corporates and servicing clients with business size of more than 1000 Crs + in turnover within India.
- Excellent communication skills
