SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is a Direct Insurance Broker registered with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), based in New Delhi.

We offer a wide range of insurance services, including life and non-life insurance, corporate business, and retail listings.

With partnerships with car dealerships like Honda and KIA, we provide motor insurance solutions to clients across India.

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd in New Delhi.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

- Additionally, the Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Qualifications:

- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills.

- Team Leadership and Collaboration skills.

- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.

- Experience in the insurance industry or related field.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Exp: 2-4 yrs


Key Responsibilities :


- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.


- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.


- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your team and driving sales performance.


- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.


- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure smooth sales operations and efficient service delivery.


- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.


Qualifications :


- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the insurance industry or a related field.


- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.


- Deep understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and sales processes.


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
