- This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd located in Noida.

- The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills

- Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills

- Customer Service expertise

- B2B Sales (Corporate Tie-up)

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships

- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
