Role Description: Overseeing operations of the company i.e. Risk Management, Delivery and Trade Settlement, Compliance, Customer Care, Account Opening and Depository Participant. Responsible for overall execution of Processes and supervision of the operations team. Responsibilities 1. Heading Broking Operations 2. Responsible for Development and implementation of RMS strategies. 3. Managing Limits granted to clients and surplus payments. 4. Ensuring smooth flow of Pay in and Pay out operations. 5. Managing Delivery and Trade Settlement of NSE, BSE, NCDEX, MCX, NSEL, NMCE, NCDEX Spot & ICEX. 6. Ensures that company works in accordance to SEBI and exchanges guidelines. 7. Ensure timely implementation of any regulatory changes. 8. Effectively handle Inspections conducted by different exchanges and regulators (SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX-SX, MCX, NCDEX etc). 9. Managing KYC Department. 10. Effectiveness in handling Depository operations. 11. Effectively manage inter departmental coordination for smooth flow of operations. 12. Effectively manage Customer support segment and ensure minimal compliance issue. 13. Instrumental in implementation of key projects and its integration with connected applications. 14. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. 15. Manage relationships with partners/vendors. 16. Supporting Sales team in giving better response time & service to Clients & Sub brokers. 17. Coordination with Software team/Vendors for development/implementation of various operational requirements & enhancements. Key Skills 1. Knowledge of Financial Markets. 2.
